Application of holistic nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic hepatitis B
整体护理在慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者护理中的应用

摘要

目的 本文研究整体护理对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者不良心理以及满意度的改善作用。方法 研究时间为2020年4月-2021年4月。研究对象：我院收取的80例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者。随机进行分组，每组患者数量：40例。对照组采用常规护理。实验组采用整体护理。收集两组患者的心理情绪水平以及护理满意度等数据。结果 在护理前各组患者负面情绪评分较高，护理后实验组患者负面情绪评分低于对照组，数据有差异性（P＜0.05）。实验组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组，数据有差异性（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度高于对照组，数据对比存在显著差异（P＜0.05）。实验组药物服用与定期复查的依从性患者高于对照组（P＜0.05），数据之间存在统计学意义；结论 慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者实施整体护理，能够进一步改善患者的负面情绪，提高患者的生活质量，方法值得推广于临床。

Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of holistic nursing on the improvement of adverse psychology and satisfaction of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
Methods: the study period was from April 2020 to April 2021. Participants: 80 patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into groups. The number of patients in each group was 40. The control group received routine nursing. The experimental group adopted holistic nursing. The psychological and emotional level and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were collected.
Results: before nursing, the negative emotion score of patients in each group was higher, and after nursing, the negative emotion score of patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. The data were different (P < 0.05). The score of quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the data were different (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and there was significant difference in data comparison (P < 0.05). The compliance of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05);
Conclusion  : the implementation of holistic nursing for patients with chronic hepatitis B can further improve their negative emotions and improve their quality of life. The method is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
