Influence of continuous nursing on quality of life in nursing of patients with postpartum deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity
延续性护理在产后下肢深静脉血栓形成患者护理中对生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探究分析延续性护理在产后下肢深静脉血栓形成患者护理中对生活质量的影响。方法 选取于2020年1月至2022年1月，我院188例产后并发下肢深静脉血栓形成的患者，作为本次研究对象。按照电脑盲选的方式，将188例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理的护理模式进行干预；观察组采用延续性护理的护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组与观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分，生活质量评分，自我认知水平以及遵循医嘱评分。结果：经护理干预后，观察组在患者的焦虑、抑郁评分，生活质量评分，自我认知水平以及遵循医嘱评分方面。明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 对产后下肢深静脉血栓形成的患者，采用延续性护理的护理模式，能有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁评分，生活质量评分，自我认知水平以及遵循医嘱评分。在实际应用中具有优良的效果，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of continuous nursing on the quality of life of patients with postpartum deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremity.
Methods: From January 2020 to January 2022, 188 patients with postpartum deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the method of computer blind selection, 188 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was intervened by the nursing mode of routine nursing; the observation group was intervened by the nursing mode of continuous nursing. The scores of anxiety, depression, quality of life, self-awareness and compliance with doctor's orders were compared between the control group and the observation group.
Results: After nursing intervention, the observation group had scores of anxiety, depression, quality of life, self-awareness and compliance with doctor's orders. It was significantly better than the control group, among which (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.
Conclusion  : For patients with postpartum deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities, the nursing mode of continuous nursing can effectively improve the scores of anxiety, depression, quality of life, self-awareness and compliance with doctor's orders. It has excellent effect in practical application and is worthy of promotion and application.
