摘要
目的 分析老年慢性支气管炎患者接受综合护理的效果。方法 从2020年1月-2022年1月区间因老年慢性支气管炎入院的患者内随机选择86例展开实验，根据护理形式进行组别分类，即实验与对照，各组病患43例。对照组内整体均接受一般护理，实验组内整体均接受优质护理，对比相关指标。结果 实验组疗效高于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组护理满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组患者的生活质量评分均高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 对老年慢性支气管炎患者实施优质护理措施，可以改善生活质量，提高满意度以及疗效。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing for elderly patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods: From January 2020 to January 2022, 86 cases of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly selected to carry out the experiment. According to the form of nursing, groups were classified, that is, experiment and control, with 43 patients in each group. The control group received general nursing as a whole, while the experimental group received high-quality nursing as a whole, and the relevant indicators were compared. Results: The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion : High quality nursing measures for elderly patients with chronic bronchitis can improve their quality of life, satisfaction and efficacy.
