摘要
目的 探究心理护理干预在尿动力学检查中的应用效果。方法 选择我院2020.05——2021.12期间小儿尿动力学检查者共计60名,按随机分组法分为两组,每组30名。设立常规组、实验组,分别予以常规护理、常规护理+心理护理。对比两组经负性情绪评分、检查后24h疼痛程度、基本生命体征值、基本检查结果。结果 相较常规组,实验组负性情绪评分、24h疼痛程度更低,P<0.05。相较常规组,实验组基本生命体征值、基本检查结果更优,P<0.05。结论 在泌尿外科中小儿尿动力学检查下开展心理护理,有利于缓解患儿不良情绪,降低疼痛反应,值得推广应用。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention in urodynamic examination. Methods: A total of 60 pediatric urodynamic examiners in our hospital during the period of 2020.05 to 2021.12 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 30 in each group. The routine group and the experimental group were set up and received routine nursing, routine nursing+psychological nursing respectively. The two groups were compared in terms of negative emotion scores, pain degree 24 hours after examination, basic vital signs and basic examination results. Results: Compared with the conventional group, the negative emotion score and 24h pain degree of the experimental group were lower (P<0.05). Compared with the conventional group, the experimental group had better basic vital signs and basic examination results (P<0.05). Conclusion : Psychological nursing under children's urodynamic examination in urology is helpful to relieve children's bad mood and reduce pain reaction, which is worth popularizing.
