Effect of comprehensive nursing in emergency treatment of diabetes ketoacidosis
综合护理在急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒中的作用

摘要

目的 探究糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者应用综合护理的作用。方法 此次研究共选取受试者共有60人，研究时限为2021年6月到2022年4月，利用统计学方法进行分组，每组受试者各30例，两组差异在于研究组应用综合护理、对照组应用常规急诊护理，比对两组护理效果、并发症和患者满意度。结果 研究组有1例患者治疗后出现低血钾症状，对照组治疗后有6例患者出现并发症，发生率显著高于研究组，P＜0.05；研究组患者中毒症状、临床血酮、尿酮和血糖等指标转阴和达标时间均短于对照组，患者空腹和餐后血糖值也优于对照组P＜0.05；研究组各项满意度分值更高P＜0.05。结论 临床治疗中应用综合护理可以有效缩短酮症酸中毒患者急诊救治时长，降低并发症发生率，在短时间内纠正各项指标，提高患者康复效率。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with diabetes ketoacidosis.
Methods: A total of 60 subjects were selected in this study, and the study duration was from June 2021 to April 2022. Statistical methods were used to group 30 subjects in each group. The difference between the two groups was that the study group applied comprehensive nursing and the control group applied routine emergency nursing, and the nursing effects, complications and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results: One patient in the study group had hypokalemia after treatment, and six patients in the control group had complications after treatment, the incidence was significantly higher than that in the study group (P<0.05); The time of turning negative and reaching the standard of poisoning symptoms, clinical blood ketone, urine ketone and blood glucose in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the fasting and postprandial blood glucose values of the patients in the study group were also better than those in the control group (P<0.05); The satisfaction scores of the study group were higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The application of comprehensive nursing in clinical treatment can effectively shorten the emergency treatment time of patients with ketoacidosis, reduce the incidence of complications, correct various indicators in a short time, and improve the rehabilitation efficiency of patients.
