摘要
目的 探讨经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除术患者，应用快速康复护理的效果。方法 将本院2021年1月~2021年12月中，行经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除术的68例患者，以数字表法分组，34例对照组以常规护理干预为主，34例观察组实施快速康复护理。结果 观察组患者的临床指标、腰椎活动度、VAS评分及JOA评分，相比于对照组患者较优，（P＜0.05）。结论 经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除术患者的护理，其快速康复护理的应用效果理想，可改善患者腰椎功能，值得推广。

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation care in patients with percutaneous interforaminal tomy. Methods: From January 2021 to December 2021, 68 patients who underwent percutaneous foramen discectomy in our hospital were divided into groups using the number table method. The control group consisted of 34 patients who received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group consisted of 34 patients who received rapid rehabilitation nursing. Results: Clinical indicators, lumbar mobility, VAS score and JOA score of the observation group were better compared with the control group of patients, (P <0.05). Conclusion : The rapid rehabilitation nursing effect of patients improves the lumbar function of patients.
