糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者饮食护理疗效观察

摘要

目的 探析饮食护理对糖尿病肾病(DN)维持性血液透析患者的影响。方法 选取2022年1月~2023年1月我院收治的190例DN维持性血液透析患者,随机分为两组,对照组95例实施常规护理,观察组95例实施饮食护理,对比两组的营养状况、生活质量、炎性反应以及并发症情况。结果 护理后,观察组的ALB、PA、TRF水平以及生活质量评分均高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组的IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率4.21%低于对照组14.73%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对DN维持性血液透析患者实施饮食护理可以提高生活质量,营养状况得到改善,减轻炎症反应,降低并发症的发生,值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of dietary nursing on maintenance hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy (DN).
Methods: 190 patients with DN maintenance hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (95 patients) received routine care, and the observation group (95 patients) received diet care. The nutritional status, quality of life, inflammatory reaction and complications of the two groups were compared.
Results: After nursing, the levels of ALB, PA, TRF and quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); After nursing, IL-6 and TNF in the observation group- α The level was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.21% lower than that in the control group (14.73%, P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Dietary nursing for patients with DN maintenance hemodialysis can improve their quality of life, improve their nutritional status, reduce inflammatory reaction, and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
