头部刮痧在头痛患者护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析在头痛患者护理中应用头部刮痧的具体效果。方法 此次研究的具体实施中，将选取在我院中接受治疗的64例头痛患者作为研究对象，已经对其进行了基本资料分析，确认符合实验参与条件。为探析头部刮痧对治疗头痛的效果，将64例患者随机分配为了两个小组，即对照组、观察组，在前者组中实施常规西药治疗，后者组中则实施头部刮痧治疗，且两组中均联合实施基础护理干预，比较对头痛的护理效果。结果 经本次研究数据显示，观察组、对照组患者护理后的VAS评分分别为（0.44±0.12）分、（1.13±0.32）分，观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；不仅如此，通过WHOQOL评分评估了两组患者多方面的生活质量情况，从研究结果分析可见观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对头痛患者实施头部刮痧治疗有助于减轻头痛症状，对提高生活质量有重要帮助。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the specific effect of head scraping in the nursing of patients with headache.
Methods In the specific implementation of this study, 64 patients with headache who received treatment in our hospital were selected as research objects, and their basic data were analyzed to confirm that they met the conditions for participation in the experiment. In order to explore the effect of head scraping on headache treatment, 64 patients were randomly assigned to two groups, namely the control group and the observation group, the former group was treated with conventional western medicine, the latter group was treated with head scraping, and the two groups were combined to implement basic nursing intervention, to compare the nursing effect on headache.
Results The data of this study showed that the VAS score of the observation group and the control group after nursing were (0.44±0.12) points and (1.13±0.32) points, respectively, and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). In addition, WHOQOL score was used to evaluate the quality of life of patients in both groups in various aspects. From the analysis of the study results, it can be seen that the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Head scraping therapy for headache patients is helpful to reduce headache symptoms and improve the quality of life.
