Observation on effect of nursing intervention for osteoporosis in elderly patients with hip fracture
老年髋部骨折患者实施骨质疏松症护理干预的效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨将骨质疏松症护理干预手段应用在老年髋部骨折患者的效用价值。方法 此次研究共选取112例老年髋部骨折患者进行对比实验，采取盲抽方式进行分组，沿用常规护理的对照组与实施骨质疏松症护理手段的观察组各56例患者，对比两组实际应用效果。结果 经相关数据表明，与对照组相比，观察组患者健康知识知晓率明显较高，与此同时在护理后观察组疼痛评分低于对照组及护理前，满意度显著提升（P＜0.05）。结论 在老年髋部骨折患者治疗期间予以骨质疏松症护理不仅可以有效提高其健康知识掌握情况，更能够减轻患者疼痛感，相比常规组患者满意度更高。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of osteoporosis nursing intervention in elderly patients with hip fracture.
Methods In this study, 112 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture were selected for comparative experiment, blind pumping method was used to group, the control group using conventional nursing and the implementation of osteoporosis nursing means observation group 56 patients, compared the practical application effect of the two groups.
Results The relevant data showed that compared with the control group, the health knowledge rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher. Meanwhile, the pain score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group and before nursing, and the satisfaction was significantly improved (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  s Osteoporosis care during the treatment of elderly patients with hip fracture can not only effectively improve their health knowledge, but also reduce the pain of patients, and have higher satisfaction than the conventional group.
