摘要
目的 探讨PDCA循环管理模式在临床护理工作中的应用,探讨其对护士工作效率、工作积极性、团队合作能力的影响。方法 选择我院于2020年6月至2021年6月收治的住院患者被随机分为两组,研究组共80名护士,采用PDCA循环管理模式,对照组同期选择另外80名护士,采用常规护理。对比效果。结果 研究组在人际关系、家庭和工作平衡方面得分均高于对照组。各区域护理质量数据显示,研究组优于对照组。护理文件质量管理结果显示,研究组护理记录等护理文件出现问题的数量少于对照组。,临床科室单项质控考试成绩比较中,研究组各成绩高于对照组,高于对照组。研究组团队合作能力各项数据均显著高于对照组。结论 与传统的临床护理管理相比,采用PDCA循环管理模式可以有效提高医院护理工作质量,增强护士的团队协作能力,提高护士的工作效率和积极性,值得推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle management model in clinical nursing work, and to explore its influence on nurses' work efficiency, work enthusiasm and teamwork ability. Methods Inpatients admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. There were 80 nurses in the study group, who adopted PDCA cycle management mode, and another 80 nurses in the control group, who adopted routine nursing during the same period. Contrast the effect. Results The study group scored higher than the control group in interpersonal relationship, family and work balance. The nursing quality data of each region showed that the study group was better than the control group. The results of nursing document quality management showed that the number of problems in nursing documents such as nursing records in the study group was less than that in the control group. The results of the study group were higher than those of the control group. The data of teamwork ability in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion s Compared with the traditional clinical nursing management, the PDCA cycle management model can effectively improve the quality of hospital nursing work, enhance the team cooperation ability of nurses, improve the work efficiency and enthusiasm of nurses, which is worthy of promotion and application.
