Effect of the PDCA care model on the quality of pediatric asthma care
PDCA护理模式对小儿哮喘护理质量的影响

摘要

目的 分析PDCA护理模式对小儿哮喘护理质量的影响。方法 入选对象确定是70例小儿哮喘患儿，根据抽签分组法分成两个组别，每一个组别则运用不一样的护理模式，一个组别进行常规护理模式（参照组，35例），一个组别进行PDCA护理模式（实验组，35例），对比两组的护理质量与家属护理满意度情况。结果 实验组患儿日常活动、身体状况、居住环境、心理因素、护理操作、知识教育等护理质量评分均要高于参照组，对比P<0.05；实验组家属的护理满意度（97.14%，34/35）要远远高于参照组家属的护理满意度（74.28%，26/35），对比P<0.05。结论 PDCA护理模式能够精准了解小儿哮喘患儿存在的护理问题，从而给予患儿具备个性化的护理，提高患儿的整体护理质量，护理中实施PDCA护理模式、可提升护理质量及家长满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA care model on the quality of pediatric asthma care.
Methods selected object is 70 cases of pediatric asthma, according to the lottery method is divided into two groups, each group is using different nursing mode, a group for routine care mode (reference group, 35 cases), a group for PDCA nursing mode (experimental group, 35 cases), compare the two groups of nursing quality and family care satisfaction.
Results The nursing quality scores of daily activities, physical condition, living environment, psychological factors, nursing operation, and knowledge education were higher than that of the reference group, and P <0.05; the nursing satisfaction of the families (97.14%, 34 / 35) was much higher than that of the reference group (74.28%, 26 / 35), and P <0.05.
Conclusion   PDCA nursing mode can accurately understand the nursing problems existing in children with asthma, so as to give children personalized nursing, and improve the overall quality of nursing of children. The implementation of PDCA nursing mode can improve the quality of nursing and parents' satisfaction.
