Analysis of the effect on the prognosis and quality of life in patients with viral meningitisand symptomatic epilepsy
协同护理模式在病毒性脑膜炎合并症状性癫痫患者中应用对其预后及生活质量的影响分析

摘要

目的 探究协同护理模式应用于病毒性脑膜炎合并症状性癫痫患者接受协同护理在预后改善和生活质量提升方面的应用效果。方法 2021年1月至2022年1月，我院收治的102例病毒性脑膜炎合并症状性癫痫患者分为管理组与参照组，分别接受协同护理模式和普通护理模式，对比预后和生活质量。结果 管理组病毒性脑膜炎后遗症发生率及癫痫复发率均低于参照组，（P＜0.05）；管理组生活质量得分高于参照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 病毒性脑膜炎合并症状性癫痫患者接受协同护理后，对于患者病情改善及生活质量提升方面有较好的应用价值，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of collaborative nursing model in patients with viral meningitis combined with symptomatic epilepsy in improving the prognosis and improving the quality of life.
Methods From January 2021 to January 2022,102 patients with viral meningitis combined with symptomatic epilepsy admitted in our hospital were divided into management group and reference group, and received collaborative care mode and general care mode respectively, comparing prognosis and quality of life.
Results The incidence of sequelae of viral meningitis, and recurrence rate of epilepsy in the management group were lower than the reference group (P <0.05); the quality of life score of the management group was higher than the reference group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Patients with viral meningitis with symptomatic epilepsy have good application value for patients' condition and quality of life, and it is worth promoting.
