摘要
目的 探究分析人文关怀与优质护理在白血病患者护理中的应用。方法 选取于2021年1月至2022年12月，我院收治的白血病患者共297例，作为本次研究对象。将297例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用人文关怀结合优质护理模式进行干预。对比两组心理状态；以及卡氏功能状态评分。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 在对白血病患者进行干预的过程中，采用人文关怀结合优质护理模式对患者进行干预，能够有效的改善患者的心理状态；以及卡氏功能状态评分，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the application of humanistic care and quality nursing in the nursing of leukemia patients. Methods A total of 102 leukemia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. A total of 297 patients were randomly divided into control and observation groups. The control group intervened using usual care; The observation group used humanistic care combined with high-quality nursing mode for intervention. nursing satisfaction was compared between the two groups; state of mind; and the KF functional status score. Results The observation group was better than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion In the process of intervention for leukemia patients, the use of humanistic care combined with high-quality nursing mode to intervene in patients can effectively improve patients' nursing satisfaction and improve their psychological state. As well as the KF functional status score, it has excellent results in the actual application process and is worthy of further promotion and application.
