探讨神经内科相关疾病护理中全科护理的应用价值

摘要

目的 对临床治疗神经内科相关疾病过程中全科护理模式的应用价值进行探讨。方法 以我院2022年1月至2023年1月间所收治的80以内科疾病住院患者作为研究对象，以数字随机法均分为观察组（n=40）及对照组（n=40），对两组患者住院期间并发症发生情况、护理合格率等相关指标进行对比。结果 经护理干预后与对照组相比较，观察组患者在护理质量评分、治疗时间等指标方面明显更优，差异显著，P<0.05。经护理干预后，与对照组相比较，观察组患者的护理工作合格率以及陪护率明显更高，差异显著，P<0.05。经护理干预后与对照组相比较，观察组患者不发生发生率明显更低，差异显著，P<0.05。结论 将全科护理应用到神经内科疾病治疗过程中，可以全面提升护理人员对病患的整体维护率和护理合格率，也能有效改善临床护理质量，通过全科护理干预可以让患者住院时间、和住院期间的生活质量得到全面提升，在临床上具有极大推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of general practice nursing model in the treatment of neurology related diseases.
Methods 80 inpatients with internal diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as research objects, and were divided into observation group (n=40) and control group (n=40) by numerical random method. The incidence of complications during hospitalization, nursing qualification rate and other related indicators were compared between the two groups.
Results After nursing intervention compared with the control group, patients in the observation group in nursing quality score, treatment time and other indicators were significantly better, the difference was significant, P<0.05. After nursing intervention, compared with the control group, the nursing qualified rate and the escort rate of patients in the observation group were significantly higher, the difference was significant, P<0.05. After nursing intervention compared with the control group, the incidence of non-occurrence in the observation group was significantly lower, the difference was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of general practice nursing to the treatment of neurological diseases can comprehensively improve the overall maintenance rate and nursing qualified rate of patients, but also effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing, through the intervention of general practice nursing can make patients stay in hospital, and the quality of life during the hospital has been comprehensively improved, has great value in clinical promotion.
