手绘解剖图结合思维导图在一例全身多发伤患者早期肠内营养中的应用

摘要

目的 总结手绘解剖图结合思维导图在一例全身多发伤患者早期肠内营养中的应用经验。方法 回顾性分析和总结某院收治的1例全身多发伤患者的临床资料,患者治疗期间如何应用手绘解剖图结合思维导图实施对应的护理及营养支持。结果 干预后,患者病情平稳,感染得到控制,体重稳步回升,顺利出院。结论 针对多发伤患者早期肠内营养,临床可使用个体化营养方案,运用手绘解剖图结合思维导图提高护士预见性护理和评判性思维的能力,进而提升护理质量的,以加快患者的康复进程。

Abstract

Objective To summarize the application experience of hand drawn anatomical maps combined with mind mapping in early enteral nutrition of a patient with multiple systemic injuries. Method A retrospective analysis and summary of the clinical data of a patient with multiple systemic injuries admitted to a certain hospital were conducted. During the treatment period, how to use hand drawn anatomical maps combined with mind maps to implement corresponding nursing and nutritional support. Result After intervention, the patient's condition remained stable, the infection was under control, and his weight steadily increased. Finally, he was discharged smoothly.
Conclusion   For early enteral nutrition in patients with multiple injuries, personalized nutrition plans can be used in clinical practice. Hand drawn anatomical maps combined with mind maps can be used to improve nurses' predictive and critical thinking abilities, thereby improving nursing quality and accelerating the patient's recovery process.
