生物反馈电刺激治疗联合盆底康复护理对妇科盆底功能障碍患者盆底肌力、漏尿及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 观察生物反馈电刺激治疗联合盆底康复护理对妇科盆底功能障碍患者盆底肌力、漏尿及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2022年1月-2022年12月期间我院收治的80例妇科盆底功能障碍患者作为研究目标,按抛硬币法分为常规组(40例)和研究组(40例)。常规组行生物反馈电刺激治疗,研究组行生物反馈电刺激治疗+盆底康复护理,对比两组患者治疗后盆底肌肌力变化、症状变化及生活质量。结果 研究组I类纤维肌力、II类纤维肌力评分均高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组漏尿次数、漏尿量评分比常规组均低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组WHOQOL-BREF总分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 生物反馈电刺激治疗+盆底康复护理可以使患者盆底肌力得到有效改善,缓解漏尿症状,提高生活质量,值得在临床中大量推广。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing on pelvic floor muscle strength, urine leakage and quality of life of patients with gynecological pelvic floor dysfunction.
Methods: 80 patients with gynecological pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study object, and were divided into the conventional group (40 cases) and the study group (40 cases) according to the coin toss method. The routine group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation, and the research group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation+pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing. The changes of pelvic floor muscle strength, symptoms and quality of life of the two groups were compared after treatment.
Results: The scores of class I fiber strength and class II fiber strength in the study group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group (P; The scores of urine leakage times and urine leakage volume in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The total score of WHOQOL-BREF in the study group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Biofeedback electric stimulation therapy+pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle strength of patients, relieve the symptoms of urinary leakage, and improve the quality of life, which is worthy of extensive promotion in clinical practice.
