医护联合模式在心内科门诊护理管理中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 观察与分析医护联合模式在心内科门诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法 对我院2022年1月至2022年9月就诊的心内科患者，共110人，将患者随机划分为两组，设置观察组与对照组，每组55例。对照组患者应用医护门诊分离形式，临床医师与护理人员单独开展诊疗和护理服务。观察组应用医护联合门诊模式，实现专科护士与门诊心内科专家、临床医师共同开展门诊。围绕患者在门诊诊断后遵医嘱行为知晓情况和护理满意度进行结果对比。结果 在门诊诊断之后其遵医嘱行为遵医嘱情况对比中，观察组知晓率明显高于对照组，特别是在日常用药、合理饮食、按时复诊等方面差异明显。通过定期随访和复诊期间随访，对患者护理满意度进行评估，观察组总满意率100%；对照组总满意率90.91%，两组满意度对比具有统计学意义。结论 在心内科门诊护理管理中应用医护联合模式有利于提高患者遵医嘱行为的知晓率，提升护理满意度，有利于进一步缓解医患关系，提升护理人员医疗服务价值，真正实现优质服务的工作目标，该方案有推广价值。

Abstract

Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of the application of the medical-nursing combination model in the nursing management of the out-patient department of Cardiology.
Methods: from January 2022 to September 2022,110 patients were randomly divided into two groups, Observation Group and control group, 55 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated by the separation form of medical and nursing out-patient service, and the clinical doctors and nursing staff carried out the diagnosis, treatment and nursing service separately. The observation group used the model of medical-nursing combination to realize the cooperation of specialist nurses, cardiologists and clinicians in the outpatient department. The results were compared according to the patients; knowledge of doctor; s order behavior and their satisfaction with nursing care.
Results: after diagnosis, the awareness rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, especially in daily medication, reasonable diet and timely follow-up. Through regular follow-up and follow-up visits during the evaluation of patient satisfaction, the total satisfaction rate of Observation Group 100% , 90.91% in the control group, the two groups have statistical significance.
Conclusion  : the application of the model of doctor-nurse combination in the nursing management of the out-patient department of Cardiology is beneficial to increase the awareness rate of the patients; compliance with Doctors orders, to enhance the degree of nursing satisfaction, and to further alleviate the relationship between doctors and patients, it is worth popularizing to promote the value of nursing staff's medical service and realize the goal of high-quality service.
