摘要
目的 探讨呼吸科临床护理教学中运用双导师制带教模式。方法 将2021年7月~2022年7月,于本院呼吸科实习的护理生,选取50名用于本项研究的对象,以随机数字抽签法将其分成2组进行教学,对照组有25名护生,应用单一导师制带教模式,观察组25名护生,运用双导师制带教模式,对2组护生的出科考核成绩、教学评价等指标展开分析,对比组间差异。结果 观察组护生的理论成绩、操作成绩与对照组护生相比之下,各项分数明显更高,差异具有统计学意义,(P<0.05);此外,2组护生对教学的评价相比,显著观察组护生的满意度较高,(P<0.05)。结论 对于呼吸科临床护理教学,运用双导师制带教模式的效果最佳,可有效的提高护生的学习成绩与满意度,值得推广。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the mode of dual tutorial system in clinical nursing teaching of respiratory department. Methods: from July 2021 to July 2022, in our respiratory practice nursing students, select 50 for the object of the study, with random number lottery method is divided into the teaching 2 groups, control group has 25 nurses, single tutorial system teaching mode, observation group 25 nurses, using double tutor system with teaching mode, the examination of 2 groups of nurses, teaching evaluation index analysis, contrast differences between groups. Results: The theoretical and operation scores of the nursing students were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant, (P <0.05); moreover, compared with the evaluation of the teaching, the nursing students were higher (P <0.05). Conclusion : For the respiratory clinical nursing teaching of nursing department, the use of double tutor system teaching mode has the best effect, which can effectively improve the academic performance and satisfaction of nursing students, which is worthy of promoting.
