摘要
目的 论PDCA循环护理管理在产科门诊患者中的应用。方法 随机选择在我院产检的产科门诊患者100例，按随机方式分组，其中50例采取常规护理管理（对照组），另50例实施PDCA循环护理管理（研究组），经观察对比，得出结论。结果 管理之后研究组患者护理满意度、健康知识的掌握程度评分、护理质量评分明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 使用本研究方法进行护理管理，可大大提高产科门诊管理质量，提高门诊服务质量，从而显著提高患者对门诊护理服务的满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract
Objective: To discuss the application of PDCA cycle nursing management in out-patient obstetrics. Methods: 100 cases of obstetric outpatients treated in our hospital were randomly selected and grouped according to random way. Among them, 50 cases took routine nursing management (control group), the other 50 cases implemented PDCA cycle nursing management (study group). Through observation and comparison, conclusions were drawn. Results: After management, the study group was significantly better than the control group in nursing satisfaction, health knowledge mastery score, nursing quality score, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion : Using this research method for nursing management can greatly improve the quality of obstetric outpatient management, improve the quality of outpatient service, so as to significantly improve the satisfaction of patients on outpatient nursing service, worthy of clinical application.
