The value of comprehensive nursing care in neonatal respiratory failure
全面护理在新生儿呼吸衰竭中的价值

摘要

目的 研究全面护理运用在新生儿呼吸衰竭中的作用价值。方法 选取2020年10月至2022年10月间收治的92例新生儿呼吸衰竭患儿为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组，各46例。统计比对两组预后情况、血气指标、并发症。结果 观察组通气时间、气促缓解时间、呼吸困难改善时间、住院时长比对照组耗时更短（P<0.05）。护理前两组血气指标水平比对学差异不大（P>0.05）；护理后观察组的PaO2、SpO2水平要高于对照组，而PaCO2则要低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 以全面护理干预新生儿呼吸衰竭，可有效改善血气指标及预后，减少并发症发生。

Abstract

Objective: To study the value of comprehensive nursing application in neonatal respiratory failure.
Methods: 92 cases of neonatal respiratory failure admitted from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 46 cases each. Compare the prognosis, blood gas indicators, and complications between the two groups.
Results: The observation group took shorter time to ventilate, relieve shortness of breath, improve dyspnea, and stay in hospital than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in blood gas index levels between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05); After nursing, the levels of PaO2 and SpO2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while PaCO2 was lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Comprehensive nursing intervention in neonatal respiratory failure can effectively improve blood gas indicators and prognosis, and reduce complications.
