Application effect of comprehensive nursing in pain nursing after traumatic fracture of extremities
综合护理在四肢创伤骨折术后疼痛护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 探究针对于四肢创伤骨折术后患者，实施综合护理取得的效果分析。方法 选择时间为2021年10月至2022年10月，四肢创伤骨折患者80例，依据随机数字表法的方式细分为观察组（综合护理的方式）;对照组（常规护理），各40例。比较分析疼痛程度、护理满意度、术后并发症等。结果 两组护理前疼痛评分无差异（P＞0.05），护理后观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组总满意率38例（95.00%）高于对照组28例（70.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组创伤性关节炎、关节肌肉萎缩、褥疮1例（2.50%）低于对照组9例（22.50%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对四肢创伤骨折患者，通过予以综合护理，将明显改善患者疼痛程度，降低术后并发症的出现，提升对四肢创伤骨折的治愈率，以及患者对护理方式的满意度，适合应用于临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect analysis of comprehensive nursing for patients after traumatic fracture of limbs.
Methods From October 2021 to October 2022, 80 patients with traumatic fracture of limbs were subdivided into observation group (comprehensive nursing) and control group (routine nursing) with 40 cases each, according to random number table method. The degree of pain, nursing satisfaction and postoperative complications were compared and analyzed.
Results There was no difference in pain score between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05), and after nursing, the observation group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of 38 cases (95.00%) in the observation group was higher than that of 28 cases (70.00%) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). One case of traumatic arthritis, joint muscle atrophy and decubitus in the observation group (2.50%) was lower than that in the control group (22.50%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with traumatic fracture of limbs, comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the pain degree of patients, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, improve the cure rate of traumatic fracture of limbs, and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing methods, which is suitable for clinical promotion.
