Analysis of the effect of ultrasound-guided placement of modified midline catheter in critically ill patients
重症患者在超声引导下置入改良型中线导管的效果分析

摘要

目的 探究重症患者在超声引导下置入改良型中线导管的应用效果。方法 2022年3月至2023年5月，择取我院收治的重症患者82例作为研究对象，根据随机分组原则，均分为管理组与参照组，管理组在超声引导下置入改良型中线导管，而管理组则使用中心静脉导管置管，对比两组患者置管效果。结果 管理组首次置管成功率高于参照组，（P＜0.05）；管理组并发症发生率高于参照组，（P＜0.05）；管理组置管留置时间长于参照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 重症患者接受超声引导下置入改良型中线导管，对于提升静脉输液质量有重要意义，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of ultrasound-guided placement of modified midline catheter in critically ill patients.
Methods From March 2022 to May 2023, 82 patients with severe diseases admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the principle of random grouping, they were divided into the management group and the reference group. The management group placed the modified midline catheter under the guidance of ultrasound, while the management group used the central venous catheter to place the catheter. The effect of catheterization was compared between the two groups.
Results The success rate of first catheterization in the management group was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the management group was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05); The indwelling time of the management group was longer than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The placement of a modified midline catheter under ultrasound guidance in critically ill patients is of great significance for improving the quality of intravenous infusion and is worth promoting.
