Investigation and analysis of CCU nurses' knowledge, belief and practice of antithrombotic strategies in patients with severe COVID-19 infection
CCU护士对重症新冠病毒感染患者抗栓策略知信行调查分析

摘要

目的 对本院护理人员对对重症新冠病毒感染患者抗栓策略的相关知识、应对信念以及行为认知情况进行调查分析。方法 采用随机抽样法，选择本市的三所综合医院的CCU护理人员展开相关调查。结果 本市医院护理人员的知识维度平均得分（12.35±4.2）分，行为维度平均得分（4.35±1.10）分，对于这两个维度仍需加强。而其信念维度平均得分较高，情况较为良好。结论 本市CCU护理人员对重症新冠病毒感染患者抗栓策略的知识掌握与行为维度有待提升，因此应加强CCU护理人员对CCU重症新冠患者的抗栓护理的专业培训，以提高CCU患者的护理质量，以此降低CCU护理中VET的发生率。

Abstract

Objective To investigate and analyze the knowledge, coping beliefs and behavior cognition of nursing staff on antithrombotic strategies in patients with severe COVID-19 infection.
Methods A random sampling method was used to select CCU nursing staff from three comprehensive hospitals in this city for relevant surveys.
Results The average score of the knowledge dimension and behavior dimension of nursing staff in hospitals in this city are (12.35 ± 4.2) and (4.35 ± 1.10), respectively. However, these two dimensions still need to be strengthened. The average score of their belief dimension is relatively high, and the situation is relatively good.
Conclusion   The city's CCU nurses' knowledge and behavior dimensions of antithrombotic strategies for patients with severe COVID-19 infection need to be improved. Therefore, the professional training of CCU nurses on antithrombotic nursing for CCU patients with severe COVID-19 infection should be strengthened to improve the quality of care for CCU patients, so as to reduce the incidence of VET in CCU nursing.
