摘要
目的 调查人文关怀在恶性肿瘤护理中的实际应用效果。方法 选取2020年3月～2021年3月期间我院收治的60例恶性肿瘤患者，按照随机数字表法进行分组，其中对照组30人采用常规护理模式，观察组30人采用人文关怀护理模式，评价不同护理手段的干预效果。结果 护理干预后，观察组患者QLQ-C30评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者Zung评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者及患者家属满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 人文关怀在恶性肿瘤护理中应用收效良好，能够极大缓解患者生理、心理压力，减轻患者痛苦，使患者以更加放松的心态面对治疗。

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the practical application effect of humanistic care in the care of malignant tumors. Method: Sixty malignant tumor patients admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into groups using a random number table method. The control group consisted of 30 patients who received routine nursing care, while the observation group consisted of 30 patients who received humanistic care. The intervention effects of different nursing methods were evaluated. Result: After nursing intervention, the QLQ-C30 score of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The Zung score of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); The satisfaction of patients and their families in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion : The application of humanistic care in the care of malignant tumors has achieved good results, which can greatly alleviate the physiological and psychological pressure of patients, alleviate their pain, and enable them to face treatment with a more relaxed attitude.
