Observation and analysis of effect of rehabilitation nursing and extended nursing in elderly cerebral infarction patients
老年脑梗患者的康复护理及延续护理效果观察分析

摘要

目的 观察对老年脑梗患者实施康复护理及延续护理的临床效果。方法 在本次研究的具体实施中，共计纳入500例老年脑梗患者作为研究对象，均为我院神经内科在2020年～2022年期间收治。根据500例患者的入院先后顺序分组为对照组、观察组，每组250例，并分别对其实施常规护理、康复护理及延续护理，对比两组的具体护理效果。结果 首先，于“入院时”“出院时”“出院3个月”三个时间段评估了两组患者的神经功能情况，选用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）作为评估工具，结果显示观察组在“出院时”“出院3个月”的NIHSS评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；其次，通过SF-36量表评估了两组患者在护理干预后的生活质量情况，结果显示观察组患者各项生活质量评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对老年脑梗患者实施康复护理及延续护理有助于保障护理干预的延续性、有效性，可减轻神经损伤、提高生活质量。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing and extended nursing for elderly cerebral infarction patients.
Methods: In the specific implementation of this study, a total of 500 elderly cerebral infarction patients were included as research objects, all of which were admitted to the neurology department of our hospital from 2020 to 2022. According to the order of admission, 500 patients were divided into control group and observation group, 250 cases in each group, and routine nursing, rehabilitation nursing and extended nursing were respectively administered to them, and the specific nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results: Firstly, the neurological function of patients in the two groups was evaluated at three time periods: "upon admission", "upon discharge" and "3 months after discharge". The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) was used as the assessment tool. The results showed that the NIHSS scores of the observation group at "discharge" and "3 months after discharge" were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Secondly, the quality of life of patients in the two groups after nursing intervention was evaluated by SF-36 scale, and the results showed that the scores of quality of life of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : The implementation of rehabilitation nursing and extended nursing for elderly cerebral infarction patients is helpful to ensure the continuity and effectiveness of nursing intervention, reduce nerve injury and improve quality of life.
