Application of integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing in the treatment of secretory otitis media
中西医结合护理在分泌性中耳炎治疗中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨在分泌性中耳炎治疗中应用中西医结合护理的效用价值。方法 此次进行对比实验的122例对象均为分泌性中耳炎病症，因研究需对结果展开深入对比，以此来判别不同护理对策的可行性，所以还需做好分组工作，采取摇号方式随机将其分为对照组与观察两个组别，各为61例患者，前者予以常规西医护理，后者在此基础上联合中医护理，对两组实际应用效果进行评价。结果 经研究中各项数据表明，观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组，分别为93.44%、78.69%（P＜0.05）；与此同时相比对照组，观察组并发症发生率较低（P＜0.05）。结论：在分泌性中耳炎治疗中采取中西医护理模式可切实提高临床疗效，降低各种并发症发生。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect value of integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing in the treatment of secretory otitis media.
Methods: The 122 subjects of the comparative experiment were secretory otitis media disease, because the research needs to carry out in-depth comparison of the results, in order to identify the feasibility of different nursing countermeasures, so it is necessary to do a good job of grouping work, take the lottery method randomly divided into two groups of control group and observation group, each of 61 patients, the former to be routine western medicine care. On this basis, the latter combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing to evaluate the practical application effect of the two groups.
Results: All the data in the study showed that the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (93.44% and 78.69%, respectively) (P < 0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : The adoption of Chinese and Western medicine nursing model in the treatment of secretory otitis media can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the occurrence of various complications.
