Observation of psychological nursing intervention on postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer patients
心理护理干预对乳腺癌患者术后化疗的观察

摘要

目的 探析心理护理干预对乳腺癌患者化疗的效果观察及SAS评分影响。方法 筛选研究者我院在2021-6至2022-12月时间段内，56例乳腺癌化疗病人纳入样本，依据病人就诊尾号随机盲目法分为2组，对照组病人化疗期间，开展一般流程护理，观察组则实施心理护理模式，观察病人干预效果。结果 在负面情绪方面，观察组各项评分较对照组康复更优，有一定距离差异（P＜0.05）。对护理依从性调查方面，观察组与对照组概率为96.42%、71.42%，观察组病人配合度更高，且满意度96.42%评价较对照组67.85%更高，数据间存在差异性（P＜0.05）。结论 乳腺癌化疗病人，治疗期间协助心理护理模式，有效改善病人负面情绪，构建病人治疗信念与希望，提高治疗配合度，并赢得病人肯定和满意，具有推荐价值。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on chemotherapy of breast cancer patients and the influence of SAS score.
Methods: To screen the researchers. During the period from June 2021 to December 2022 in our hospital, 56 patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy were included in the sample. They were randomly and blindly divided into two groups according to the tail number of patients. During chemotherapy, the control group carried out general process nursing, while the observation group implemented psychological nursing mode to observe the effect of patient intervention. Result: In terms of negative emotions, the observation group had better rehabilitation scores than the control group, with a certain distance difference (P<0.05). In terms of nursing compliance survey, the probability of observation group and control group was 96.42% and 71.42%, respectively. The observation group had a higher degree of patient cooperation, and the satisfaction evaluation of 96.42% was higher than that of 67.85% in the control group. There were differences between the data (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : For patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy, the psychological nursing mode of assistance during treatment can effectively improve patients' negative emotions, build patients' treatment beliefs and hopes, improve treatment cooperation, and win patients' affirmation and satisfaction, which is of recommendation value.
