Clinical study on improving quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis with traditional Chinese medicine nursing
中医护理对提高类风湿性关节炎患者生活质量的临床研究

摘要

目的 在提高类风湿性关节炎患者生活质量中应用中医护理的效果。方法 选取2022年6月至2023年6月本院收治的类风湿性关节炎患者70例进行分析，均依据平分原则分入中医护理和常规护理的研究组、参照组，各35例，分析护理结果。结果 两组患者接受护理后对生活质量情况进行调查，研究组患者的生活质量明显高于参照组，护理满意度相比研究组较高，差异显著有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对类风湿性关节炎患者采用中医护理，能够有效地提高患者的生活质量和满意度，值得借鉴和推广。

Abstract

Objective: To improve the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis by using traditional Chinese medicine nursing effect.
Methods: A total of 70 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected for analysis. They were all divided into the study group and the reference group of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and conventional nursing according to the principle of equalization, with 35 cases each, and the nursing results were analyzed.
Results: The quality of life of patients in the two groups was investigated after receiving nursing care. The quality of life of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the study group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : The use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with rheumatoid arthritis can effectively improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients, and it is worth learning and promoting.
