Analysis of the effect of comfort nursing in blood purification treatment of acute paraquat poisoning patients
舒适护理运用于血液净化治疗急性百草枯中毒患者中的效果浅析

摘要

目的 探讨在应用血液净化治疗急性百草枯中毒患者期间实施舒适护理的效用价值。方法 此次研究共选取500例患者进行对比实验，均为院内收治的急性百草枯中毒患者，均行血液净化治疗，采取盲抽的方式根据护理模式的区别进行分组，采用常规护理的对照组与实施舒适护理的观察组各250例患者，对比两组实际应用效果。结果 经实验结果表明，观察组患者临床效果明显优于对照组，并且相比对照组，观察组死亡率较低（P＜0.05）；与此同时，护理前两组患者生活质量评分基本无统计学意义（P＞0.05），但护理后，观察组生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在急性百草枯中毒患者进行血液净化治疗时给予舒适护理不仅可以有效提高临床效果，更能够最大程度的促进其生活质量水平。

Abstract

Objective To explore the practical value of comfort nursing in the treatment of acute paraquat poisoning patients with blood purification.
Methods In this study, a total of 500 patients were selected for comparative experiment, all of whom were patients with acute paraquat poisoning admitted to the hospital for homogeneous blood purification treatment. Blind pumping was used to divide them into groups according to the difference in nursing mode. There were 250 patients in the control group using conventional nursing and the observation group implementing comfortable nursing.
Results The experimental results showed that the clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the mortality rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). At the same time, there was no statistical significance in the quality of life score of the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05), but after nursing, the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Comfort nursing in patients with acute paraquat poisoning can not only effectively improve the clinical effect, but also promote their quality of life to the greatest extent.
