康复护理干预在改善脑梗死后患者日常生活能力和认知功能中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析和研究运用康复护理干预方式对改善脑梗死后患者日常生活能力和认知功能起到的效果以及作用。方法 本次实验时间为2022年5月至2023年5月，实验对象为该时间段在本院收治脑梗死患者70例。总结所有患者临床资料，并进行系统录入和划分完成对比小组的建立，分组依据平均原则，每个小组分得35患者。其中一组命名为对照组，使用常规护理方式，而另一组命名为观察组，应用延续性护理方式。针对护理期间应用的方法具有差异，所以也会产生不同效果，因此应该对临床护理效果进行对比，通过对比了解不同护理方式起到的效果和作用。结果 通过对比可以发现观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组，认知功能评分也优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对脑梗患者进行康复护理干预能够帮助其提升自我日常生活能力，也能改善患者认知，所以值得在临床实践中应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and study the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on improving the daily living ability and cognitive function of patients with cerebral infarction.
Methods This experiment was conducted from May 2022 to May 2023, and the experimental subjects were 70 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital during this period. Clinical data of all patients were summarized, and systematic input and division were carried out to complete the establishment of comparison groups, which were divided into 35 patients in each group according to the principle of average. One group was named the control group and used the usual care, while the other group was named the observation group and used the continuous care. There are differences in the methods applied during the nursing period, so there will be different effects, so the clinical nursing effects should be compared, and the effects and roles of different nursing methods should be understood by comparison.
Results The quality of life score and cognitive function score of observation group were higher than those of control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Rehabilitation nursing intervention for cerebral infarction patients can help improve their ability of daily life and improve their cognition, so it is worth applying in clinical practice.
