人文关怀对护士心理授权及工作满意度的影响研究

摘要

目的 探讨人文关怀对护士心理授权及工作满意度的影响。方法 选取2021年6月~2023年7月本院在职的52名护士为研究目标,将2021年6月~2022年6月作为对照组研究时间段,该阶段开展常规护理管理;将2022年7月~2023年7月作为实验组研究时间段,该阶段开展人文关怀管理。比较两组心理授权、不良心理、工作压力以及工作满意评分。结果 实验组心理授权、工作满意评分高于对照组,不良心理、工作压力低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 人文关怀管理的实施,可明显提升护士心理授权水平,减轻工作压力,降低不良心理,提高工作满意度,值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care on psychological empowerment and job satisfaction of nurses.
Methods 52 nurses in our hospital from June 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study target, and the control group from June 2021 to June 2022 was selected as the study period, during which routine nursing management was carried out. July 2022 to July 2023 will be taken as the experimental group research period, and humanistic care management will be carried out in this stage. Psychological empowerment, bad psychology, job stress and job satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.
Results The scores of psychological empowerment and job satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the negative psychological and job pressure were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of humanistic care management can significantly improve the psychological empowerment level of nurses, reduce work pressure, reduce bad psychology, and improve job satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.
