Study on the effect of limb training combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy on improving the quality of life of elderly patients with cerebral infarction
肢体训练结合中医康复理疗对提高老年脑梗死患者生活质量的作用研究

摘要

目的 研究为老年脑梗死患者提供护理服务期间，应用肢体训练结合中医康复理疗对患者生活质量的影响。方法 选择2022年8月至2023年8月期间到我院之中接受治疗的老年脑梗死患者作为本次研究的样本，完成样本筛选后，将被纳入本次研究的106例患者进行随机分组，共设置对照组（53例）和观察组（53例），在为患者开展常规治疗的基础上，护理服务制定期间，为对照组开展肢体训练，为观察组开展肢体训练结合中医康复理疗，从而对不同小组患者的护理开展效果进行研究。结果 观察组中患者在接受肢体训练结合中医康复理疗的情况下，生活质量评分明显高于对照组患者（P<0.05）；同时对于患者护理满意度进行调查，观察组患者的指标优势明显（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论 在临床上为老年脑梗死患者开展治疗的同时，开展肢体训练结合中医康复理疗的护理模式，有助于改善患者生活质量，同时也可以保证患者护理满意度的目标。

Abstract

Objective To study the impact of limb training combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy on the quality of life of elderly patients with cerebral infarction during the provision of nursing services.
Methods Elderly patients with cerebral infarction who received treatment in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as samples for this study. After sample screening, 106 patients who were included in this study were randomly divided into a control group (53 cases) and an observation group (53 cases). On the basis of routine treatment for patients, limb training was conducted for the control group during the nursing service development period, to conduct a study on the effectiveness of nursing care for different groups of patients by combining limb training with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy for the observation group.
Results In the observation group, patients received limb training combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy, and their quality of life scores were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); At the same time, a survey was conducted on the incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of patients, and the observation group had a significant advantage in indicators (P<0.05), which was statistically significant.
Conclusion   While providing treatment for elderly patients with cerebral infarction in clinical practice, The nursing model of combining limb training with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy can help improve the quality of life of patients and also ensure the goal of patient satisfaction with nursing care.
