Observation on the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in nursing care of elderly patientswith cerebral infarction
早期康复护理干预在老年脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨早期康复护理干预在老年脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果。方法 从2021年12月到2022年12月，选择本院60例康复期脑梗死患者，依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组30名患者。对照组按常规进行护理，观察组实施早期康复护理干预，并进行常规护理，两组病人在护理前和护理后NIHSS得分的比较、病人的生命质量和病人的满意度。结果观察组与对照组相比，治疗前NIHSS、BI得分无显著性差别，治疗后观察组与对照组相比，均有显著性差异（P<0.05）；结果 两组病人对护理工作的满意程度比较，P<0.05。与正常对照组相比， SF—36和 HAMA的得分较高， HAMA和 HAMD的得分较低。结论 在脑梗死的康复期，采用早期康复护理干预，能改善病人的护理质量的效果，具有明显的临床价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
Methods From December 2021 to December 2022, 60 rehabilitation stage cerebral infarction patients from our Hospital were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group based on a random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing intervention and routine nursing care. The comparison of NIHSS scores between the two groups of patients before and after nursing care, the quality of life of the patients, and the satisfaction of the patients were compared. The results showed that there was no significant difference in NIHSS and BI scores between the observation group and the control group before treatment, but there was a significant difference (P<0.05) between the observation group and the control group after treatment;
Results The satisfaction level of nursing work between the two groups of patients was compared, P<0.05. Compared with the normal control group, the scores of SF-36 and HAMA were higher, while the scores of HAMA and HAMD were lower.
Conclusion   In the rehabilitation period of cerebral infarction, early rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the quality of care for patients and has significant clinical value.
