Observation on the effect of psychological nursing in the geriatric chronic gastritis nursingand the evaluation of the negative psychological influence
心理护理在老年慢性胃炎护理中的效果观察及对负性心理影响评价

摘要

目的 研究老年慢性胃炎护理中心理护理模式发挥出的效果以及对患者负面心理的影响。方法 筛选本院2020年1月-2022年12月收治的老年慢性胃炎患者68例为对象，以随机单盲方法分组，对照组（34例）为常规护理，观察组（34例）结合心理护理，对护理效果做出相应的分析。结果 护理前，两组患者的观察指标分数比较（P>0.05），护理后，观察组汉密尔顿焦虑分数、汉密尔顿抑郁分数、抑郁自我评价分数、焦虑自我评价分数和对照组相比更低，观察组进食、梳妆、洗漱、洗澡、如厕、穿衣、功能性移动分数和对照组比较更高（P＜0.05）。结论 老年慢性胃炎患者在治疗中心理护理的优势明显，显著改善不良的心理情绪，降低疾病对日常生活能力的影响，加快疾病的恢复进程。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing mode in the nursing of senile chronic gastritis and the influence on the negative psychology of patients.
Methods 68 elderly patients with chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected. By random single-blind method, the control group (34 cases) was selected as routine nursing, and the observation group (34 cases) was combined with psychological nursing to analyze the nursing effect.
Results Before nursing, the observation scores of the two groups of patients (P> 0.05), after nursing, observation group Hamilton anxiety, Hamilton depression, depression self-evaluation, anxiety and lower, eating, dressing, washing, bathing, toilet, dressing, functional movement scores and higher (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Elderly patients with chronic gastritis have obvious advantages in psychological nursing, significantly improve the bad psychological mood, reduce the impact of disease on daily living ability, and accelerate the recovery process of disease.
