摘要
目的 进行血透动静脉内瘘患者中行个性化护理的效果探究。方法 本次选取主要为血透动静脉内瘘患者71例，试验起始于2022年1月内，终止于2022年12月内，试验以双盲法进行分组，比对以两组开展，对照组37例行常规护理，观察组34例行个性化护理。比对护理结果。结果 两组相比，观察组不良事件发生率更低（P<0.05）。两组相比，观察组生活质量评分及满意评分均更高（P<0.05）。结论 于血透动静脉内瘘患者中行个性化护理，有利于控制不良时间，对患者生活质量产生积极影响，提高患者满意度。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing on patients with hemodialysis arteriovenous fistula. Methods 71 patients with hemodialysis arteriovenous fistula were selected in this study. The study began in January 2022 and ended in December 2022. The study was divided into two groups by double-blind method, and the comparison was carried out in two groups, 37 routine nursing in the control group and 34 personalized nursing in the observation group. Compare nursing results. Results compared with the two groups, the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower (P<0.05). Compared with the two groups, the quality of life score and satisfaction score of the observation group were higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Personalized nursing in patients with hemodialysis arteriovenous fistula is beneficial for controlling the adverse time, has a positive impact on the quality of life of patients, and improves patient satisfaction.
