Effect analysis of standardized pain nursing combined with psychological counseling in the treatmentof pancreatic cancer patients
规范化疼痛护理结合心理疏导在胰腺癌患者治疗期间的效果分析

摘要

目的 针对胰腺癌患者治疗期间的护理予以研究，主要探讨规范化疼痛护理结合心理疏导的应用效果。方法 研究目标根据本院近年中收治的胰腺癌患者，截取2022-07至2023-07一年间62例分组护理，采用随机数字量表法将患者分31例常规组（常规护理），31例结合组（规范化疼痛护理结合心理疏导），对比观察患者护理的效果。结果 2组患者术前评估疼痛（VAS评分）、心理状态（SAS评分、SDS评分），相比均没有明显差异，（p＞0.05），经过护理后患者疼痛减轻，且不良心理得以改善，结合组患者上述三项评分，要比常规组显著较低，（p＜0.05）；2组患者接受护理后，临床指标（夜间平均睡眠时长、首次下床时间、首次排气时间、住院时长）相比，结合组睡眠时长要长于常规组，其他三项时间更短，（p＜0.05）。结论 对于胰腺癌患者治疗期间的护理干预，临床应用规范化疼痛护理结合心理疏导的效果较为理想，对患者负面心理起到改善作用，有效缓解患者疼痛感，加快康复时间，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To study the nursing of pancreatic cancer patients during treatment, mainly to explore the application effect of standardized pain nursing combined with psychological counseling.
Methods Research objectives According to the pancreatic cancer patients admitted in our hospital in recent years, 62 cases of group nursing were selected from 2022-07 to 2023-07, and the patients were divided into 31 cases of routine nursing group (routine nursing) and 31 cases of combination group (standardized pain nursing combined with psychological counseling) by random number scale method, and the effect of patient nursing was compared and observed.
Results There was no significant difference in preoperative evaluation of pain (VAS score) and psychological state (SAS score and SDS score) between the two groups (p > 0.05). After nursing, patients' pain was relieved and adverse psychological status was improved. Combined with the above three scores, the scores in the group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group (p < 0.05). After receiving nursing care, compared with clinical indicators (average sleep duration at night, first time out of bed, first exhaust time, length of hospital stay), the sleep duration of the combined group was longer than that of the conventional group, and the other three periods were shorter (p < 0.05).
Conclusion   For the nursing intervention during the treatment of pancreatic cancer patients, the clinical application of standardized pain nursing combined with psychological counseling has a relatively ideal effect, which can improve the negative psychology of patients, effectively relieve the pain of patients, and accelerate the recovery time, which is worth promoting.
