Application and effect evaluation of new technique in urological wound stomy nursing
新技术在泌尿外科伤口造口护理中的应用与效果评价

摘要

目的 探讨泌尿外科患者伤口造口的护理措施。方法 将我科2023年9月-2024年3月收治的造口患者72例按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各36例。对照组常规护理，观察组采用新技术进行伤口造口护理，比较两组患者伤口造口护理效果、并发症发生率、术后满意度。结果 观察组患者并发症发生率（12.8%）低于对照组患者（24.1%），组间存在显著差异性，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者术后满意度（89.0%）高于对照组患者（84.6%），组间存在显著差异性，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 新技术可以明显减少泌尿外科手术造口并发症的发生，提高护理满意度，值得在临床推广应用；同时应注意合理选择新技术的应用时机和方法。

Abstract

Objective To explore the nursing measures of wound stomy in urological patients.
Methods 72 patients with ostomy admitted to our department from September 2023 to March 2024 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received wound stomy nursing with new technology. The effect of wound stomy nursing, complication rate and postoperative satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The incidence of complications in observation group (12.8%) was lower than that in control group (24.1%), and there was a significant difference between groups (P<0.05). Postoperative satisfaction of patients in observation group (89.0%) was higher than that in control group (84.6%), and there was a significant difference between groups, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The new technique can obviously reduce the occurrence of urological stomy complications, improve nursing satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical application. At the same time, we should pay attention to the reasonable selection of the application time and method of new technology.
