Nursing effect of neonatal touch combined with acupoint massage of traditional Chinese medicine on neonatal jaundice
新生儿抚触联合中医穴位按摩治疗新生儿黄疸的护理效果

摘要

目的 探究新生儿黄疸使用新生儿抚触联合中医穴位按摩治疗的疗效。方法 使用电脑随机分组原则对本院新生儿科2023年1月-2023年12月期间收治的105例新生儿黄疸患儿分成两组，其中参照组52例实施新生儿抚触护理，研究组53例加用中医穴位按摩干预，比较两组新生儿黄疸患儿的护理效果。结果 研究组新生儿干预后的症状缓解时间短于参照组新生儿（P＜0.05）；研究组护理后的总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素低于参照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患儿的家属护理满意度评分高于参照组患儿（P＜0.05）；而研究组干预后的日均睡眠时长长于参照组（P＜0.05），差异均具有统计学意义。结论 对新生儿黄疸患儿实施新生儿抚触联合中医穴位按摩干预的效果十分显著，能加速患儿黄疸消退、胎便转黄的速度，强化蓝光照射治疗的效果，改善患儿的睡眠质量，缩短患儿住院时间。

Abstract

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of neonatal touch and acupressure combined with traditional Chinese medicine on neonatal jaundice.
Methods 105 cases of neonatal jaundice children admitted to the neonatology Department of our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into two groups by computer randomization principle. Among them, 52 cases in the reference group received neonatal touch nursing, and 53 cases in the study group received acupressure intervention of traditional Chinese medicine.
Results The symptom remission time of neonates in the study group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The total bilirubin, direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin in the study group after nursing were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); The nursing satisfaction score of the children in the study group was higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). The average daily sleep duration of the study group after intervention was longer than that of the reference group (P < 0.05), and the differences were statistically significant.
Conclusion   The effect of neonatal touch combined with acupressure of traditional Chinese medicine on neonatal jaundice children is very significant, which can accelerate the speed of jaundice regression and fetal yellow, strengthen the effect of blue light irradiation, improve the sleep quality and shorten the hospitalization time of neonatal jaundice children.
