Application effect of humanized nursing intervention in nursing management of general surgery
人性化护理干预在普外科护理管理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析普外科护理管理中实施人性化护理干预所呈现出的临床效果。方法 分析病例选择在2022年1月～2022年12月时段于本院普外科接受治疗的患者40例，依据随机数字表法开展分组分析，例数均分（n=20例），为对照组实施常规护理干预，观察组接受人性化护理干预，对2种干预方式所呈现出的效果进行对比和分析。结果 护理后两组焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分均低于护理前，观察组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；与对照组比较护理纠纷、护理差错、风险事件发生率，对照组依次为30.00%、30.00%、20.00%，观察组分别为5.00%、5.00%、0.00%，观察组均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；比较两组护理满意度，观察组达到95.00%，明显较对照组60.00%高（P＜0.05）。结论 将人性化护理干预应用于普外科护理管理中，有助于改善焦虑情绪，降低护理纠纷、护理差错、风险事件发生率，提高护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of humanized nursing intervention in general surgery nursing management.
Methods 40 patients who received treatment in the Department of general Surgery in our hospital during 2022.1 ~ 2022.12 were analyzed according to random number table method, and the number of cases was evenly divided (n=20 cases). The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received humanized nursing intervention. The effects of the two intervention methods were compared and analyzed.
Results The scores of self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of nursing disputes, nursing errors and risk events was compared with the control group, and the control group was 30.00%, 30.00% and 20.00%, and the observation group was 5.00%, 5.00% and 0.00%, respectively, which were lower in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05). Comparing the nursing satisfaction between the two groups, the observation group reached 95.00%, which was significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of humanized nursing intervention in general surgery nursing management is helpful to improve anxiety, reduce the incidence of nursing disputes, nursing errors, risk events, and improve nursing satisfaction.
