Effect of LEARNING model health education on the compliance of limb function exercisein stroke patients with hemiplegia

摘要
目的 探究脑卒中偏瘫患者康复中LEARNS模式健康教育的应用效果及对其肢体功能锻炼依从性的影响。方法 样本均由本院神经外科提供,共计60例脑卒中偏瘫患者,入院时间2022年12月~2024年1月。抽签法分组,随机分2组,30例/组。对照组予以常规康复护理,观察组则联用LEARNS模式的健康教育。比较两组肢体功能锻炼依从性、康复效果、症状改善时间以及干预前后健康素养、自我管理得分。结果 观察组肢体功能锻炼依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组康复有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后健康素养、自我管理得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 脑卒中偏瘫康复护理中,LEARNS模式健康教育可提升患者健康素养以及自我管理能力,提高锻炼依从性,促进康复,值得应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of LEARNING mode health education in rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia and its influence on their compliance with limb function exercise. Methods All samples were provided by the Department of Neurosurgery of our hospital. A total of 60 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were admitted from December 2022 to January 2024. Randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 cases/group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing, and the observation group was given health education combined with LEARNING mode. The compliance, rehabilitation effect, symptom improvement time, health literacy and self-management scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The effective rate of rehabilitation in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Symptom improvement time of observation group was shorter than control group (P<0.05). The scores of health literacy and self-management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the rehabilitation nursing of stroke hemiplegia, LEARNING mode health education can improve patients' health literacy and self-management ability, improve exercise compliance, and promote rehabilitation, which is worthy of application.
