Rehabilitation effect evaluation and practice based on an elastic, comfortable and breathable ostomy waistband
基于一种具有弹性舒适透气造口腰带的使用康复效果评估与实践

摘要

目的 探讨现有护理造口用具的不足，结合新材料、新工艺、新技术，开发安全、舒适、有效的新产品满足临床需求。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年4月南方医科大学深圳医院膀胱、肠造口患者29例为研究对象，采取个性化量身定制，现场佩戴，微调舒适，终身免费修改；观察患者自我管理能力，造口并发症及生活质量的变化。结果 患者评价指标有效，造口并发症直线下降，有效康复，规避医疗风险与安全隐患，保障患者安全，节约医疗成本。29例研究对象使用具有弹性舒适透气造口腰带后造口并发症发生率为6。89%，2020年发布《国际造口指南（第2版）》[1]中造口及造口周围皮肤并发症为83%，显著下降，自我管理能力及生活质量评分情况见表，后续工作中可继续做使用前后对比分析，为进一步研究提供依据。结论 造口腰带的使用降低并发症发生情况，提高自我管理能力及术后生活质量可进行进一步研究，提供临床造口护理用具创新思维，自主研发和产业升级，具有良好应用前景。

Abstract

Objective To explore the shortcomings of existing nursing ostomy appliances, and develop safe, comfortable and effective new products to meet clinical needs by combining new materials, new processes and new technologies.
Methods A total of 29 patients with bladder and enterostomy in Shenzhen Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 2024 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects. The methods were personalized tailored, on-site wear, fine adjustment and comfort, and lifelong free modification. The changes in self-management ability, ostomy complications and quality of life were observed.
Results The evaluation indexes of patients were effective, the complications of stoma decreased linearly, the recovery was effective, the medical risks and safety hazards were avoided, the safety of patients was guaranteed, and the medical costs were saved. The incidence of ostomy complications after the use of elastic, comfortable and breathable ostomy belt in 29 subjects was 6. 89%. In the International Ostomy Guidelines (2nd Edition) [1] released in 2020, the number of ostomy and periostomy skin complications was 83%, which decreased significantly. The score of self-management ability and quality of life is shown on the table.
Conclusion   The use of ostomy belt can reduce the occurrence of complications, improve self-management ability and postoperative quality of life, and provide innovative thinking, independent research and development and industrial upgrading of clinical ostomy nursing tools, which has a good application prospect.
