Clinical effect analysis of nursing intervention on pruritus in elderly patients with eczema
护理干预对老年湿疹患者瘙痒的临床效果分析

摘要

目的 分析和研究护理干预对改善老年湿疹患者瘙痒起到的临床效果。方法 本次实验区间为2022年6月至2023年6月，实验对象为随机选择该区间在本院收治的60例老年湿疹患者，实验目的是了解护理干预的临床效果，所以将常规护理和综合护理当作两个对比项，先将60例患者分为人数相同的对照组和观察组，对照组患者采用常规入院治疗和护理程序，观察组在此基础上实施综合护理干预，之后对两组患者临床指标实施对比。结果 对比实验结果可以得知，不同时间段观察组患者瘙痒程度均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组护理满意度为93.33%，与对照组73.33%相比差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论 为老年湿疹患者实施综合护理能够从细致、优质护理服务提供中改善其瘙痒症状，也能较大程度提升患者临床护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of nursing intervention on improving pruritus in elderly patients with eczema.
Methods The experimental period was from June 2022 to June 2023, and the experimental subjects were 60 elderly eczema patients admitted to our hospital in this period. The purpose of the experiment was to understand the clinical effect of nursing intervention, so routine nursing and comprehensive nursing were taken as two comparison items, and 60 patients were first divided into the control group and the observation group with the same number of people. The control group received routine admission treatment and nursing procedures, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis, and then compared the clinical indicators of the two groups of patients.
Results Compared with the experimental results, the degree of itch in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at different time periods (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%, compared with 73.33% of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of comprehensive nursing for elderly patients with eczema can improve their pruritus symptoms by providing meticulous and high-quality nursing services, and also improve their clinical nursing satisfaction to a greater extent.
