人性化护理在眼科病房中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析和研究在眼科病房中实施人性化护理对改善患者病情起到的效果和作用。方法 本次实验时间为2021年至2023年，实验对象为该区间在本院眼科收治的400例患者。由于实验目的是研究人性化护理的实施效果，所以根据护理方式的不同将观察对象分为两个小组，实施常规护理服务的为对照组，实施常规护理和人性化护理服务的为观察组，护理后通过对比两组患者基本情况了解不同护理方式的优势。结果 分析实验结果得知，观察组患者心理状况改善情况优于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组患者对护理服务满意的人数占比，对照组为，组间数据差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论 在眼科病房中实施人性化护理能够为患者提供细致、优质护理服务，且能在提升患者生活质量的同时提高其心理状况，当护理质量得到保障时患者满意度也会随之提升。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and study the effect of humanized nursing on improving the condition of patients in the eye ward.
Methods This experiment lasted from 2021 to 2023, and the experimental subjects were 400 patients admitted to the ophthalmology department of our hospital in this area. As the purpose of the experiment was to study the implementation effect of humanized nursing, the observation subjects were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The control group was the one who implemented routine nursing service, and the observation group was the one who implemented routine nursing service and humanized nursing service. After nursing, the advantages of different nursing methods were understood by comparing the basic situation of patients in the two groups.
Results The analysis of experimental results showed that the improvement in psychological status of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The proportion of patients in the observation group who were satisfied with nursing services was higher than that in the control group, and the data difference between groups was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of humanized nursing in the eye ward can provide meticulous and high-quality nursing services for patients, improve the quality of life of patients and improve their psychological status. When the quality of nursing is guaranteed, the satisfaction of patients will also be improved.
