多媒体结合讨论式教学法在脑血管病护理教学中应用及效果

摘要

目的 探究脑血管病护理教学中采取多媒体结合讨论式教学法的效果。方法 本次抽取2023年1月-2024年1月期间的100名护理实习生为研究对象。按照教学方法的不同进行分组,其中有50名采取常规教学法,将其设为参考组;50例采取多媒体结合讨论式教学法,将其设为实验组。以基础理论成绩、操作技能成绩及满意度评价两组教学效果。结果 实验组基础理论成绩、操作技能成绩相比参考组较高(P<0.05)。实验组教学满意度高于参考组(P<0.05)。结论 脑血管病护理教学中采取多媒体结合讨论式教学法效果显著,可提升护理实习生的基础理论、操作技能成绩,提高其满意度。此种方法值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of adopting multimedia combined with discussion teaching method in cerebrovascular disease nursing teaching. Method 100 nursing interns from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects. Grouping according to different teaching methods, with 50 students using conventional teaching methods as the reference group; Fifty cases were treated with multimedia combined with discussion based teaching method and assigned to the experimental group. Evaluate the teaching effectiveness of two groups based on their scores in basic theory, operational skills, and satisfaction. Result: The experimental group had higher scores in basic theory and operational skills compared to the reference group (P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The use of multimedia combined with discussion teaching method in cerebrovascular disease nursing teaching has a significant effect, which can improve the basic theoretical and operational skills of nursing interns, and enhance their satisfaction. This method is worth promoting.
