PDCA循环法在急性心梗患者护理中的价值分析

摘要

目的 分析对急性心梗患者患者应用PDCA循环法护理的效果。方法 抽选2022年5月-2023年5月于我院就诊的急性心梗患者患者70例为研究对象，应用简单随机法分35例为对照组实施常规护理，另外35例为观察组则增加PDCA循环法护理，对比两组护理前后的生活质量和睡眠情况、心理状态以及护理后的满意度；结果 护理前，观察组各项指标差异不显著，P﹥0.05。护理后观察组指标优于对照组，满意度也优于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 对急性心梗患者患者实施PDCA循环法可提高心梗患者的生活质量和睡眠质量，为疾病康复打造较好的身体恢复基础，同时可改善患者负性情绪，使其保持稳定正性的情绪，患者满意度度，对护理服务认可。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA circulation nursing on patients with acute myocardial infarction.
Methods from May 2022 to May 2022,70 patients with acute myocardial infarction were 2023 in our hospital, the other 35 patients in the observation group were given PDCA circular nursing, and the quality of life, sleep condition, psychological status and satisfaction after nursing were compared between the two groups.
Results there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, the indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the degree of satisfaction was also better than that of the control group, the difference was significant (p < 0.05).
Conclusion   PDCA circulation can improve the quality of life and the quality of sleep in patients with acute myocardial infarction, build a better foundation for physical recovery and improve the patients' negative emotions, to maintain a stable positive mood, patient satisfaction, recognition of nursing services.
