Analysis of the impact of refined nursing on the psychological status and cooperation of patients undergoing digestive endoscopy examination
精细化护理对消化内镜检查患者心理状态和配合度的影响分析

摘要

目的 探讨消化内镜检查患者实施精细化护理对其心理状态和配合度的影响。方法 纳入2022年9月~2023年9月内于我院行消化内镜检查的患者78例，按照实施的护理方式分为对照组（39例，实施常规护理）和观察组（39例，实施精细化护理），对比两组患者护理效果。结果 干预前两组患者心理状态评分差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。干预后观察组患者心理状态（SAS焦虑评分、SDS抑郁评分）和不同时段的检查不适程度均低于对照组，且观察组患者检查配合率显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对消化内镜检查患者实施精细化护理能够显著改善其心理状态，减少患者检查不适，提高检查的配合度，具有一定应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of implementing refined nursing care on the psychological status and cooperation of patients undergoing digestive endoscopy examination. Method 78 patients who underwent digestive endoscopy examination in our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were included. They were divided into a control group (39 cases, receiving routine care) and an observation group (39 cases, receiving refined care) according to the nursing methods implemented. The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Result There was no statistically significant difference in psychological status scores between the two groups of patients before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the psychological status (SAS anxiety score, SDS depression score) and degree of discomfort during different examination periods of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group, and the observation group patients had a significantly higher examination cooperation rate than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing refined nursing care for patients undergoing digestive endoscopy examination can significantly improve their psychological state, reduce discomfort during examination, and improve the cooperation of examination, which has certain practical value.
