摘要
目的 观察规范化流程护理对体检中心护理质量和满意度的影响。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年12月期间于我体检中心进行体检的200名健康体检者，随机分为实验组与参照组，每组各100名，给予参照组体检者常规护理干预，给予实验组体检者规范化流程护理，比较护理效果。结果 （1）经护理，实验组体检者的护理质量评分明显高于参照组，组间数据有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；（2）相较于参照组，实验组体检者的护理满意度明显更高，组间数据有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 给予健康体检者规范化流程护理，不仅能够显著改善护理质量，还能明显提升健康体检者的护理满意度，值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To observe the impact of standardized process nursing on the quality and satisfaction of nursing in physical examination centers. Method 200 healthy examinees who underwent physical examinations at our examination center from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a reference group, with 100 examinees in each group. Routine nursing interventions were given to the examinees in the reference group, while standardized process nursing care was given to the examinees in the experimental group. The nursing effects were compared. Result (1) After nursing, the nursing quality score of the experimental group's physical examination patients was significantly higher than that of the reference group, and the inter group data had statistical significance (P<0.05); (2) Compared to the control group, the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher, and the inter group data was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Providing standardized process nursing to health examinees can not only significantly improve nursing quality, but also significantly enhance their nursing satisfaction, which is worth promoting.
