Application of humanistic care in perioperative nursing of children with hernia
人文关怀在小儿疝气围手术期护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨人文关怀在小儿疝气围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析了2023.1~2023.12在我院接受治疗的100例疝气患儿资料。其中，2023.1~2023.6期间的50名患儿（对照组）接受了常规护理，2023.7~2023.12期间的50名患儿（观察组）则在对照组的基础上，增加了人文关怀护理。对比两组患儿的SAS、SDS、疼痛评分以及住院时间。结果 观察组的SAS及SDS评分明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患儿的疼痛评分显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的住院时间明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对小儿疝气围手术期实施人文关怀护理能够显著改善患儿的心理状态，缓解疼痛程度，缩短住院时间，此护理模式值得临床应用及推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care in perioperative care of pediatric hernia.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 100 children with hernia who received treatment in our hospital from March 2023 to December 2023. Among them, 50 children (control group) received routine care from March 2023 to June 2023, while 50 children (observation group) from March 2023 to December 2023 received humanistic care in addition to the control group. Compare the SAS, SDS, pain scores, and length of hospital stay between two groups of patients.
Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing humanistic care during the perioperative period for pediatric hernia can significantly improve the psychological state of the child, alleviate pain, and shorten hospitalization time. This nursing model is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
