摘要
目的 探讨心理干预与饮食护理联合对老年糖尿病外周神经病变患者的临床护理效果。方法 筛选100例在我院接受治疗的老年糖尿病外周神经病变患者,并随机分成两组:对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组则采用心理干预与饮食护理相结合的综合护理模式。对比和分析两组心理状态评分以及血糖水平。结果 研究组的SAS(焦虑自评量表)和SDS(抑郁自评量表)评分均显著较低,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的三项血糖指标也均低于对照组,差异同样具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在针对老年糖尿病外周神经病变患者的护理中,结合心理干预与饮食护理的综合方法不仅能有效优化其心理状态,还能在血糖控制方面取得显著成效。

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of combined psychological intervention and dietary care in elderly patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 100 elderly patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups: reference group (50 patients) and study group (50 patients). The reference group implemented routine nursing, and the research group adopted the comprehensive nursing model combining psychological intervention and dietary nursing. Comparison and analysis of psychological status scores and blood glucose levels in both groups. Results The SAS (anxiety self-rating Scale) and SDS (Depression self-rating Scale) were significantly lower and statistically significant (P<0.05); fasting blood glucose, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycohemoglobin were also lower than the reference group; the difference was also statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of elderly patients with peripheral neuropathy, the comprehensive method of combining psychological intervention and dietary nursing can not only effectively optimize their psychological state, but also achieve remarkable results in blood glucose control.
