心内科护理教学中多媒体互动式教学的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 探究多媒体互动式教学应用在心内科护理教学中的效果。方法 本次研究对象为100名心内科护理实习护士,抽取时间为:2023年1月-2024年1月。按照教学方法的不同分为参考组及实验组,其中参考组行常规教学法,实验组采取多媒体互动式教学法,每组50名。以考核成绩、实践技能评分对两组教学效果进行评价。结果 对比两组考核成绩(理论、操作)显示,实验组显高于参考组(P<0.05)。对比两组实践技能(护理服务态度、应急处理能力、综合技能评分)显示,实验组显高于参考组(P<0.05)。结论 多媒体互动式教学应用在心内科护理教学中的效果凸显,能够提升实习护士的考核成绩及实践技能,此种方法值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of multimedia interactive teaching application in cardiology nursing teaching.
Methods The subjects of this study were 100 nursing interns in the cardiology department, selected from January 2023 to January 2024. Divide into a reference group and an experimental group according to different teaching methods. The reference group adopts conventional teaching methods, while the experimental group adopts multimedia interactive teaching methods, with 50 students in each group. Evaluate the teaching effectiveness of two groups based on assessment scores and practical skill scores.
Results Comparing the assessment scores (theoretical and operational) of the two groups, the experimental group showed significantly higher scores than the reference group (P<0.05). The comparison of two groups of practical skills (nursing service attitude, emergency response ability, and comprehensive skill score) showed that the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of multimedia interactive teaching in cardiology nursing teaching has a prominent effect, which can improve the assessment results and practical skills of intern nurses. This method is worth promoting.
